The Morning Light is Breaking


1. 예수의 전한 복음
   The morn-ing light is break-ing,
   천하에 퍼지니
   The dark-ness dis-ap-pears
   어두운 나라 백성
   The sons of earth are wak-ing
   그 말씀 듣도다
   To pen-i-ten-tial tears
   죄인이 믿으려는
   Each breeze that sweeps the o-cean
   마음이 있으니
   Brings ti-dings from a-far,
   반갑게 받는 이들
   Of na-tions in com-mo-tion,
   각 나라 많도다
   Pre-pared for Zi-on's war.

2. 죄인이 회개하고
   See hea-then na-tions bend-ing
   눈물을 흘리니
   Be-fore the God we love.
   예수의 밝은 빛이
   And thou-sand hearts as-cend-ing
   어둠을 쫓도다
   In grat-i-tude a-bove
   각 나라 모든 사람이
   While sin-ners, now con-fess-ing,
   복음 듣고서
   The gos-pel call o-bey,
   죄악에 빠진데서
   And seek the Sav-iour's bless-ing,
   구원을 얻도다
   A na-tion in a day.

3. 세상의 어둔 심령
   Blest riv-er of sal-va-tion,
   진리를 모르네
   Pur-sue thine on-ward way
   이 세상 참된 빛은
   Flow thou to ev-ery na-tion,
   곧 예수시로다
   Nor in thy rich-ness stay
   예수를 믿는 이는
   Stay not till all the low-ly
   새사람 되어서
   Tri-um-phant reach their home
   사망의 권세 이겨
   Stay not till alll the ho-ly
   영생을 얻도다
   Pro-claim, "The Lord is come!"
