스코틀랜드의 어느 목사가 길을 가고 있었는데
한 어린 소녀가 남자아이를 등에 업은 채 걷고 있었다

등에 업은 아이는 꽤 무거워 보였고
덩치도 거의 소녀와 비슷할 정도로 굉장히 무거워보였다

목사는 소녀를 도와줄 생각으로 무겁지않냐고 물었더니
소녀는 이렇게 대답했다

아뇨...전혀 무겁지 않아요 얘는 제 동생인걸요...


이 이야기를 모티브로 쓴 가사와 곡입니다
