the steepest slope in the world.
It was Baldwin Street in Dunedin. Its steepest
part had a gradient of 35 percent. People in
Harlech, Wales, are celebrating after
Guinness World Records verified the gradient
of Ffordd Pen Llech at 37.45 percent.
New Zealanders used to roll chocolate balls
