| 가사 | 나의 기쁨 O Thou, in Whose Presence 1. 나의 기쁨 나의 소망되시며 O Thou, in whose pres-ence my soul takes de-light, 나의 생명이 되신 주 On whom in af-flic-tion I call, 밤낮 불러서 찬송을 드려도 My com-fort by day, and my song in the night, 늘 아쉰 마음뿐일세 My hope, my sal-va-tion, my all! 2. 나의 사모하는 선한 목자는 Where dost Thou, dear Shep-herd, re-sort with Thy sheep, 어느 꽃다운 동산에 To feed them in pas-tures of love 양의 무리와 늘 함께 가셔서 Say, why in the val-ley of death should I weep, 기쁨을 함께 하실까 Or a-lone in this wil-der-ness rove? 3. 길도 없이 거친 넓은 들에서 Oh! why should I wan-der an a-lien from Thee, 갈길 못 찾아 애쓰며 Or cry in the des-ert for bread 이리저리로 헤매는 이 모양 Thy foes will re-joice when my sor-rows they see, 저 원수 조롱하도다 And smile at the tears I have shed. 4. 주의 자비롭고 화평한 얼굴 He looks! and ten thou-sands of an-gels re-joice, 모든 천사도 반기며 And myr-i-ads wait fo His word 주의 놀라운 진리의 말씀에 He speaks! and e-ter-ni-ty, filled with His voice, 천지가 화답하도다 Re-ech-oes the praise of the Lord. 5. 나의 진정 사모하는 예수여 Dear Shep-herd!
