가사	주 예수 내가 알기 전 I've Found a Friend 1. 주 예수 내가 알기 전 I've found a Friend, oh, such a Friend! 날 먼저 사랑했네 He loved me ere I knew Him 그 크신 사랑 나타나 He drew me with the cords of love, 내 영혼 거듭났네 And thus He bound me to Him. 주 내 맘에 늘 계시고 And 'round my heart still close-ly twine 나 주의 안에 있어 Those ties which naught can sev-er 저 포도 비유 같으니 For I am Him, and He is mine, 참 좋은 나의 친구 For-ev-er and for-ev-er. 2. 내 친구 되신 예수님 I've found a Friend, oh, such a Friend! 날 구원하시려고 He died to save me 그 귀한 몸을 버리사 And not a-lone the gift of life, 내 죄를 대속 했네 But His own self He gave me. 나 주님을 늘 믿으며 Naught that I have my own I call 그 손을 의지하고 I hold it for the Giv-er. 내 몸과 맘을 바쳐서 My heart, my strength, my life, my all 끝까지 충성하리 Are His, and His for-ev-er. 3. 내 진실하신 친구여 I've found a Friend, oh, such a Friend! 큰 은혜 내려주사 So kind, and true, and ten-der, 날 항상 보호 하시고 So wise a Coun-sel-lor and Guide, 내 방패 되옵소서 So might-y a De-fend-er! 그 풍성한 참 사랑을 From Him Who loves me now so well 뉘 능히 끊을 소냐 What pow'r my soul can sev-er 날 구원하신 예수는 Shall life or death, or earth or hell 참 좋은 나의 친구 No! I am His for-ev-er.
