   Hail to the bright-ness of Zi-on's glad morn-ing!
   어둡던 이 땅이 밝아오네
   Joy to the lands that in dark-ness have lain!
   슬픔과 애통이 기쁨이 되니
   Hushed be the ac-cents of sor-row and mourn-ing
   시온의 영광이 비쳐오네
   Zi-on in tri-umph be-gins her mild reign.

   매였던 종들이 돌아오네
   Long by the proph-ets of Is-rael fore-told!
   오래 전 선지자 꿈꾸던 복을
   Hail to the mil-lions from bon-dage re-turn-ing!
   만민이 다같이 누리겠네
   Gen-tiles and Jews the blest vis-ion be-hold.

3. 보아라 광야에 화초가 피고
   Lo. in the des-ert rich flow-ers are spring-ing!
   말랐던 시냇물 흘러오네
   Streams ev-er cop-ious are glid-ing a-long
   이 산과 저 산이 마주쳐 울려
   Loud from the moun-tain tops ech-oes are ring-ing,
   주 예수 은총을 찬송하네
   Wastes rise in ver-dure, and min-gle in song.

4. 땅들아 바다야 많은 섬들아
   See, from all lands, from the isles of the o-cean,
   찬양을 주님께 드리어라
   Praise to Je-ho-vah as-cend-ing on high
   싸움과 죄악의 참혹한 땅에
   Fall'n are the en-gines of war and com-mo-tion,
   찬송이 하늘에 사무치네 아-멘
