I am a Stranger Here


1. 우리가 지금은 나그네 되어도
   I am a strang-er here, with-in a for-eign land
   화려한 천국에 머잖아 가리니
   My home is far a-way, up-on a gold-en strand
   이 세상 있을 때 주 예수 위하여
   Am-bas-sa-dor to be of realms be-yond the sea,
   우리가 힘써 일하세
   I'm here on busi-ness for my King.
   주 내게 주 탁하신 일
   This is the mes-sage that I bring,
   천사도 흠모하겠네
   A mes-sage an-gles fain would sing:
   화목케 하라신 구주의 말씀을
   "Oh, be ye rec-on-ciled," Thus saith my Lord and King,
   온 세상 널리 전하세
   "Oh, be ye rec-on-ciled to God."

2. 주 예수 말씀이 온 세상 만민들
   This is the King's com-mand: that all men, ev-'ry-where,
   흉악한 죄에서 떠나라 하시니
   Re-pent and turn a-way from sin's se-duc-tive snare
   이 말씀 듣고서 새 생명 얻어라
   That all who will o-bey, with Him shall reign for aye,
   이 기쁜 소식 전하세
   And that's my busi-ness for my King.

   My home is bright-er far than Shar-on's ro-sy plain,
   만백성 알도록 나가서 전하세
   E-ter-nal life and joy thro'-out its wast do-main
   주 예수 말씀이 이 복음 전하라
   My Sov-'reign bids me tell how mor-tals there may dwell,
   우리게 부탁하셨네
   And that's my busi-ness for my King.
