Our Father, Thy Dear Name Doth Show


1. 주 하나님의 사랑은
   Our Fa-ther, thy dear Name doth show
   한없이 넓으사
   The great-ness of thy love
   온 세계 모든 백성을
   All are thy chil-dren here be-low
   그 자녀 삼았네
   As in thy heav'n a-bove.
   각 나라 말과 역사가
   One fam-i-ly on earth are we
   다 다르더라도
   Through-out its wi-dest span:
   온 세상사람 믿으니
   O help us ev-'ry-where to see
   한 형제자매라
   The broth-er-hood of man.

2. 한 은혜로써 고르게
   A-like we share thy ten-der care
   주 내려주시고
   We trust on heav'n-ly friend
   다 같은 주의 계시를
   Be-fore one mer-cy-seat in prayer
   늘 보여주시네
   In con-fi-dence we bend
   한 아버지신 하나님
   A-like we hear thy lov-ing call
   다 같이 모시고
   One heav'n-ly vi-sion scan,
   만백성이 서로 지체니
   One Lord, one faith, one hope for all,
   한 형제자매라
   The broth-er-hood of man.

3. 싸워서 받은 상처를
   Bring in, we pray, the glo-rious day
   곧 낫게 하시고
   When bat-tle cries are stilled,
   그 교만하고 간사함
   When bit-ter strife is swept a-way,
   다 소멸하시어
   And hearts with love are filled.
   각 나라 서로 도우며
   O help us ban-ish pride and wrong,
   참사랑으로써
   Which since the world be-gan
   주 하나님을 섬기니
   Have marred its peace help us make strong
   한 형제자매라

4. 그 평화로운 거문고
   Close knit the warm fra-ter-nal tie
   한 곡조 울리니
   That makes the whole world one
   저 어지러운 소리들
   Our dis-cords change to har-mo-ny
   곧 그쳐버리네
   Like an-gel-songs be-gun:
   큰 영광 보는 그 날을
   At last, un-on that bright-er shore
   늘 기다리나니
   Com-plete thy glo-rious plan,
   그 나라 올라가서도
   And heav'n shall crown for ev-er-more
