1. 괴로운 인생길 가는 몸이
   I'm but a stran-ger here, Heaven is my home
   평안히 쉬일 곳 아주 없네
   Earth is a de-sert drear, Heaven is my home.
   걱정과 고생이 어디는 없으리
   Dan-ger and sor-row stand Round me on eve-ry hand
   돌아갈 내 고향 하늘나라
   Heaven is my fa-ther-land, Heaven is my home.

2. 광야에 찬바람 불더라도
   What though the tem-pests rage, Heaven is my home
   앞으로 남은 길 멀지 않네
   Short is my pil-grim-age, Heaven is my home.
   산 너머 눈보라 재우쳐 불어도
   Time's cold and win-try blast Soon will be o-ver-past
   돌아갈 내 고향 하늘나라
   I shall reach home at last, Heaven is my home.

3. 날 구원하신 주 모시옵고
