   Far from the Lord I wan-der'd long
   세상 연락을 즐기고
   In en-chant-ments of time and place,
   저 흉악한 죄에 빠져서
   Sunk deep in my sins, im-mers'd in wrong,
   그 은혜를 잊었네
   For-get-ting a Sav-iour's grace.
   오 사랑의 예수님
   O, Je-sus, dear Lord, my heart
   내 맘을 곧 엽니다
   Is o-pen-ing now the door,
   곧 들어와 나와 동거하며
   Come in to-day, come for-ev-er to stay,

2. 죄악에 죽을 인생을
   Griev-ing for Ad-am's dy-ing seed
   심히 불쌍히 여기사
   In the bond-age of sin and shame,
   저 하늘의 영광 버리고
   From glo-ries of heav'n to meet our need,
   이 세상에 오셨네
   In pit-y the Sav-iour came.

   How long shall we scorn Him so
