1. 이 눈에 아무 증거 아니 뵈어도
Down in the val-ley where the mists of doubt a-rise,
믿음만을 가지고서 늘 걸으며
I by faith can walk with God's victo-ri-ous band.
이 귀에 아무 소리 아니 들려도
Though so-called “re-al proofs" e-lude my ears and eyes
하나님의 약속 위에 서리라
On the prom-i-ses of God I firm-ly stand.
걸어가세 믿음 위에 서서
Walk we on-ward walk in faith, be-live-ing!
나가세 나가세 의심버리고
Press we on, brave-ly on! Cast off doubt and fear!
걸어가세 믿음 위에 서서
Press we heav'n-ward, through our faith re-ceiv-ing
눈과 귀에 아무 증거 없어도
Proofs more sure than an-y known to eye or ear!
2. 이 눈에 보기에는 어떠하든지
How-ev-er things may look to this poor, hu-man sight
이미 얻은 증거대로 늘 믿으며
If we trust His wit-ness giv'n, with faith in Him still,
이 맘에 의심 없이 살아갈 때에
Then while we live un-doubt-ing, calm with-in His might,
우리 소원 주안에서 이루리
In the Lord our deep-est long-ings He'll ful-fill.

Then, un-to us who trust and Je-sus' name con-fess,
능치 못 할 무슨 일이 있을까
What shall be im-pos-si-ble in earth or heav'n
