1. 믿는 사람들은
   On-ward, Chris-tian sol-diers,
   군병 같으니
   March-ing as to war,
   앞에 가신 주를
   With the cross of Je-sus
   따라 갑시다
   Go-ing on be-fore:
   우리 대장 예수
   Christ the roy-al Mas-ter
   기를 가지고
   Leads a-gainst the foe
   접전하는 곳에
   For-ward in-to bat-tle,
   가신 것 보라
   See His ban-ners go.
   믿는 사람들은

   군병 같으니

2. 원수마귀 모두
   At the sound of tri-umph
   쫓겨 가기는
   Sa-tan's host doth flee
   예수 이름 듣고
   On then, Chris-tian sol-diers,
   겁이 남이라
   On to vic-to-ry:
   우리 찬송 듣고
   Hell's foun-da-tions quiv-er
   지옥 떨리니
   At the shout of praise
   형제들아 찬송
   Broth-ers, lift your voic-es,
   찬송합시다
   Loud your an-thems raise.

3. 세상나라들은
   Crowns and thrones may per-ish,
   멸망 받으나
   King-doms wax and wane,
   예수교회 영영
   But the Church of Je-sus
   왕성하리라
   Con-stant will re-main
   지옥권세 감히
   Gates of hell can nev-er
   해치 못함은
   'Gainst that Church pre-vail
   주가 모든 교회
   We have Christ's own pro-mise,
   지키심이라
   And that can-not fail.
