There's a Royal Banner


1. 주의 진리 위해 십자가 군기
   There's a roy-al ban-ner giv-en for dis-play
   하늘 높이 쳐들고
   To the sol-diers of the King
   주의 군사 되어 용맹스럽게
   As an en-sign fair we lift it up to-day,
   찬송하며 나가세
   While as ran-somed ones we sing.
   나가세 나가세
   March-ing on, march-ing on,
   주 예수만을 위하여
   For Christ count ev-ery-thing but loss!
   목숨까지도 바치고
   And to crown Him King, Toil and sing
   싸움터로 나가세
   'Neath the ban-ner of the cross!

2. 원수들이 비록 강할지라도
   Thought the foe may rage and gath-er as the flood,
   주의 군기 붙잡고
   Let the stand-ard be dis-played
   주의 진리 위해 용기 다하여
   And be-neath its folds, as sol-diers of the Lord,
   분발하여 싸우세
   For the truth be not dis-mayed!

3. 산과 들과 바다 가는 곳마다
   O-ver land and sea, wher-ev-er man may dwell,
   주의 군기 날리며
   Make the glo-rious ti-dings known
   반갑고도 기쁜 승리의 소식
   Of the crim-son ban-ner now the sto-ry tell,
   온 누리에 빛나네
   While the Lord shall claim His own!

4. 원수들은 이미 예수의 손에
   When the glo-ry dawns 'tis draw-ing ver-y near
   하나 없이 패하고
   It is has-tening day by day
   주의 군기만이 영광스럽게
   Then be-fore our King the foe shall dis-ap-pear,
   온 누리에 빛나네
   And the cross the world shall sway!
