1. 영광스럽도다 참된 평화는
   Like a riv-er glo-rious Is God's per-fect peace,
   넓은 세상 두루 덮고 남도다
   O-ver all vic-to-rious In its bright in-crease
   시내같이 점점 넘쳐 흐르니
   Per-fect, yet it flow-eth Full-er ev-'ry day,
   더욱 충만하여 깊어지도다
   Per-fect, yet it grow-eth Deep-er all the way.
   주를 의지하면 평화로우며
   Strayed up-on Je-ho-vah, Hearts are ful-ly blest,
   언약하신 대로 복을 받으리
   Find-ing, as He prom-ised, Per-fect peace and rest.

2. 내가 주의 품에 숨어있으니
   Hid-den in the hol-low Of His bless-ed hand,
   원수들이 나를 해치 못하며
   Nev-er foe can fol-low, Nev-er trait-or stand
   훼방하는 자나 험한 풍파가
   Not a surge of wor-ry, Not a shade of care,
   나를 다칠 염려 아주 없도다
   Not a blast of hur-ry, Touch the spir-it there.
   주를 의지하면 평화로우며
   Strayed up-on Je-ho-vah, Hearts are ful-ly blest,
   언약하신 대로 복을 받으리
   Find-ing, as He prom-ised, Per-fect peace and rest.

3. 맘의 기쁨이나 시련이라도
   Ev-'ry joy or tri-al Fall-eth from a-bove,
   모두 하늘에서 내려오도다
   Traced up-on our di-al By the Sun of Love.
   주를 의지하고 믿기만하면
   We may trust Him ful-ly All for us to do
   주의 뜻을 따라 살게되리라
   They who trust Him whol-ly Find him whol-ly true.
