내가 깊은 곳에서
From the Depths, O Lord, I Cry


1. 내가 깊은 곳에서
   From the depths, O Lord, I cry
   주께 불러 아뢰니
   Hear me When I pray to Thee.
   주여 나의 간구를
   Might-y, Help-er, ev-er nigh,
   들어주심 바라고
   Now my sure sal-va-tion be.
   보좌 앞에 나가니
   Here be-fore Thy throne I plead
   은혜 내려 줍소서
   Grant me grace in this my need!

2. 주가 죄를 살피면
   Lord, if Thou shouldst mark our sin,
   누가 능히 서리요
   Who could then be-fore Thee stand
   오직 주만 모든 죄
   But all sins, with-out, with-in,
   용서하여 주시니
   Find for-give-ness at Thy hand.
   주님 앞에 떨면서
   Trem-bling now I seek Thy face
   용서하심 빕니다
   Oh, for-give me in thy grace!

3. 파수꾼이 새벽을
   As the watch-man waits the dawn,
   기다리고 바라듯
   Dark-ness done and light re-stored.
   나의 영혼 주님만
   Yearns my soul, the dark-ness gone,
   간절하게 바라네
   To be-hold Thy face, O Lord.
   이스라엘 백성아
   Is-ra-el, a-wake and sing!
   주를 바랄지어다
   Lift your eyes! Be-hold your king!

4. 이스라엘 백성아
   Is-ra-el, God's cho-sen race,
   주만 믿고 바라라
   Look to Him and trust His name
   주의 깊은 은총에
   For on His un-fath-om'd grace,
   우리 구원 있으니
   On-ly, rests sa-va-tion's claim.
   변함없는 주님만
   Change-less God, the Lord, He is
   믿고 기다릴지라
   Trust, and wait on Him in bliss!
