Heart Longings
1. 주 예수여 은혜를 내려주사
Heart long-ings, Lord Je-sus, I lift to the throne:
곧 충만케 하옵소서
For grace, and for full-ness of soul
이 주리고 목마른 나의 맘에
While, hun-gry and thirst-y, my heart asks a-lone
주 성령을 부으소서
Thy Spir-it, pour'd forth to make whole.
주 예수여 충만한 은혜
Lord Je-sus, grant grace in its full-ness
내 영혼에 부으소서
Brim-full in my heart to be pour'd
주 예수만 나의 힘 되고
Thou only my strength and my whole-ness,
내 만족함 됩니다
Thou, Thou art my plen-ty, Lord!
2. 주 예수여 죄에서 풀어주사
Lord Je-sus, break from the bonds of my sin,
날 정결케 하옵소서
That I may be pure, ev-'ry part
이 세상의 유혹이 나의 맘에
Let earth-ly de-ceits have no lodg-ing with-in,
틈 못 타게 하옵소서
No crev-ice to hide in my heart.
주 예수여 충만한 은혜
Lord Je-sus, grant grace in its full-ness
내 영혼에 부으소서
Brim-full in my heart to be pour'd
주 예수만 나의 힘 되고
Thou only my strength and my whole-ness,
내 만족함 됩니다
Thou, Thou art my plen-ty, Lord!
3. 옛 야곱이 천사와 씨름하던
Lord Je-sus, grant faith such as Ja-cob's that night,
그 믿음을 주옵소서
To wres-tle in pray'r and not cease
이 세상의 물결이 흉흉해도
And though the world's bil-lows mount high in their might,
날 평안케 하옵소서
Still grant me the gift of Thy peace.
주 예수여 충만한 은혜
Lord Je-sus, grant grace in its full-ness
내 영혼에 부으소서

주 예수만 나의 힘 되고
Thou only my strength and my whole-ness,
내 만족함 됩니다

4. 주 예수여 완전한 주의 사랑
Lord Je-sus, let love like the love in Thy heart
나 받기를 원합니다
Be mine with-out let or al-loy
그 사랑이 내 맘에 충만하여
Un-til I am fill'd to the ut-ter-most part,
날 기쁘게 하옵소서
To live in Thy love and Thy joy.
5. 내 마음에 임하신 주의 성령
Lord Je-sus, I know that Thy Spir-it, who came
늘 계실 줄 믿습니다
To live in my heart, there will dwell.
큰 은사를 나에게 부어 주사
Now grant the great gift in the strength of Thy name
주 섬기게 하옵소서
That I may but serve my Lord well.
