Go to Dark Gethsemane


1. 겟세마네 동산의
   Go to dark Geth-se-ma-ne,
   주를 생각할 때에
   Ye that feel the tempt-er's pow'r
   근심이 나 걱정을
   Your Re-deem-er's con-flict see
   사양할 수 있을까
   Watch with Him one bit-ter hour
   나를 항상 버리고
   Turn not from His griefs a-way
   주를 따라가겠네
   Learn of Je-sus Christ to pray.

2. 빌라도의 뜰에선
   Fol-low to the judg-ment hall
   주를 생각할 때에
   View the Lord of life arraign-ed.
   수치됨과 아픈 것
   O the worm-wood and the gall!
   못 견딜 수 있을까
   O the pangs His soul sus-tained!
   길이 참고 묵묵히
   Shun not suf-f'ring, shame or loss
   주를 따라가겠네
   Learn of Him to bear the cross.

3. 갈보리 산 올라간
   Gal-v'ry's mourn-ful moun-tain climb
   주를 생각할 때에
   There, a-dor-ing at His feet,
   나의 받는 괴롬을
   Mark that mi-ra-cle of time,
   비교할 수 없으리
   God's own sac-ri-fice com-plete.
   십자가를 짐으로
   "It is fin-ished!" hear Him cry
   주를 따라가겠네
   Learn of Je-sus Christ to die.

4. 무덤에서 부활한
   Ear-ly hast-en to the tomb Where they laid His
   주를 생각할 때에
   breath-less clay
   환난이 나 죽음도
   All is sol-i-tude and gloom
   두려울 것 없으리
   Who hath tak-en Him a-way
   승전가를 부르며
   Christ is ris'n! He meets our eyes.
   주를 따라가겠네
   Sav-iour, teach us so to rise.
