O Where Ahall Rest be Found


1. 이 곤한 인생이
   O where shall rest be found,
   쉴 곳은 없는가
   Rest for the wea-ry soul
   저 높은 산과 깊은 물
   'Twere vain the o-cean's depths to sound,
   나 쉴 곳 어딘가
   Or pierce to ei-ther pole.

2. 나 애타 바라는
   The world can nev-er give
   참 안식 무엔가
   The bliss for which we sigh
   나 일생 편히 살다가
   'Tis not the whole of life to live,
   죽는 것 아니라
   Nor all of death to die.

3. 이 눈물 골짜기
   Be-yond this vale of tears
   저 너머 위에는
   There is a life a-bove,
   끝없는 사랑만으로
   Un-meas-ured by the flight of years,
   쉴 곳이 있도다
   And all that life is love.

4. 내주의 품 안에
   Here would we end our quest:
   참 안식 있으니
   A-lone and found in Thee,
   그 사랑 길이 누리며
   The life of per-fect love, the rest
   영원히 살리라
   of im-mor-tal-i-ty.
