1. 큰 물결이 설레는 어둔 바다
저 등대의 불빛도 희미한데
이 풍랑에 배 저어 항해하는
이 작은 배 사공은 주님이라
나 두렴 없네 두렴 없도다
주 예수님 늘 깨어 계시도다
이 흉흉한 바다를 다 지나면
저 소망의 나라에 이르리라

저 깊은 물 입 벌려 달려드나
이 바다에 노 저어 항해하는

3. 큰소리로 물결을 명하시면
이 바다는 고요히 잠자리라
저 동녘이 환하게 밝아올 때
나 주 함께 이 바다 건너가리

1.With Christ as my Pi-lot though bil-lows be high,
Though dim be the light-house and dark sea and sky,
With Christ at the helm ev-'ry gale we en-dure,
For Je-sus the Sav-ior is my Pi-lot sure.
I no-thing can fear! I no-thing can dread!
For Je-sus keeps watch here, and by Him I'm led.
My seas may be rough, but when voy'-ges are past,
My ha-ven of hope will be heav-en at last.
2.Though tem-pests may threat-en the craft and the crew,
And wide gape the jaws of the deep for me, too,
With Christ at the oar I am safe in His will,
And Je-sus my Sav-ior is my Pi-lot still.
I no-thing can fear! I no-thing can dread!
For Je-sus keeps watch here, and by Him I'm led.
My seas may be rough, but when voy'-ges are past,

3.If Je-sus but speak, in His voice of great pow'r,
The bil-lows must sleep and be still from that hour,
And I, at the bright-ness of dawn-ing, shall be,
With Je-sus, my Pi-lot, safe o-ver the sea.
